Have an llc. We have S corps status. I used TT Home and Business. I must file IRS from 1120S. Can I keep the bus. info. inputed in TT or should I remove the bus. from TT?

I don't understand your question re an 1120S downloaded from the IRS.  Please clarify and post a new Answer Xchange question.

You need to remove the Business information from the Home & Business personal return.  Your LLC information will get to your personal return by inputting Form K-1, which is completed for each LLC member as a part of Form 1120-S (or Form 1065).  If you need to purchase TurboTax Business go to Purchase TurboTax Business.
