Form 3800 - General Business Credits is not working in Turbotax Business and Schedule K-1 will not allow you to enter an amount on Tax credit

I am currently filing 1120-S for Tax Year 2023. I am using Turbotax business for windows desktop.  I am trying to fill out Form 3800 for the qualified commercial clean vehicle tax credit. Which eventually pass through on the K-1. I can't fill out the Form 3800 and the Schedule K-1 in its entirely.  Are both forms working now?

Although the Forms Availability Table for TurboTax Business indicates that Form 3800 is ready for filing, there have been recent developments that required additional updates to the form. This is why you are not able to complete the form.

The revised Form 3800, General Business Credit, is estimated to be released on March 6, 2024Because updates are released after business hours Pacific time, we recommend you wait to update your software the next day, run Review, then try your entries again.
