Form 199A - Explain #4 - Specified Service Trade or Business - what does this mean?

Never had to complete this form before.  Wasn't sure how to answer # 4, yes or no

Here's a great link that defines which businesses are a Specified Service Trade or Business. If you fall into one of these categories, answer yet. Otherwise, answer no.
