Form 1041 Stock Sale Summary Entries?

For Form 1041, Stock Sales, last year (2017) TurboTax let me enter just the summary numbers for Box A (short term with cost basis reported to IRA) and Box D (long term with cost basis reported to IRS).  This year (2018) I don't see how to add the totals for each Box, it is asking me for specific dates as if it expects me to enter enter individual transaction.  Am I missing something, or did something change?

The trick is to check the box "I have many sales and would rather make summary entries" on the page where you check which types or "Box" of sales you have.  Once you continue past this page (screenshot 2 in the answer), if you later elect to "Edit" the institution from the "Summary of All Accounts" page, that checkbox is never displayed for editing.  I needed to delete the institunio and re-enter the data (which was not a big deal, since it was Summary data, LOL).
