Form 1041 (Estate) Final Year Deductions

Hello, wondering what the major deductions would be on Form 1041 (estate) Line 11D on the sale of inherited home ?  Thanks for any help in advance.

I was issued a K-1 with a D code.  I followed your link to "Fees and Closing Costs" and the very last item on the list is commissions.  I think that's the only item that could explain the D code deduction.  Much thanks to you.
