Need the form 8936-A with Business EIN number on the form and not my SSN number on it.

The Commercial Vehicle Credit is now claimed on Form 8936, with its Schedule A. Form 8936-A no longer exists.

Unless you are filing a corporate or partnership return, your Social Security Number is fine. There is no need to enter your EIN.
