I used TurboTax Business Online. Spent most of yesterday inputting the #s and dealing with their tech support for error loops that they had to manually fix repeatedly since their software is horrible.
Finally got the federal and one of the 3 state returns ready to e-file this morning, paid Intuit, and e-filed them. The other two state returns still had an error that tech support was trying to resolve, but I was planning on just mailing the returns if they could not fix them.
And then the MAJOR issue began. I got logged out. Upon logging back in, it asked if I wanted to open my business or personal taxes, and I chose business like always, but then it opened my personal (but still says TurboTax Business in the upper left corner). Clearing cache, using a different browser, using my cell phone, and even an incognito window all behave the same way. It opens my personal every time I try to get into my business taxes.
I have now spent 5 hours on the phone with TurboTax tech support. They have no record of my business return. No record of me paying the $700 for the product this morning. No record of the e-file confirmations. Literally no record of anything that I used TurboTax Business Online for. I have shown them my email confirmations paying for the service from this morning, my e-file confirmations, my e-file acceptance emails, etc. They even have no record of the order # that is in my email from TurboTax. Intuit has no idea what to do.
So now I have my federal and one state filed, but no copies of the returns. No data file. Nothing.
I have no idea what to do now.

Anyone from TurboTax able to assist?
I would check and see if they were actually filed. Here's how you can check: How to Check your E-file Status
I got the e-file acceptance emails from TurboTax for federal and 1 of the 3 states that I need to file, so I know it was e-filed. That is not the issue though. I have no access to my tax return, and cannot finish filing the last 2 state returns.
