Error 190 in Turbo tax Business

I am trying to load my business file for 21 into turbo tax for business21 to amend it and i am getting hte following error.

• Some formsets are not present on this machine. Please install all formsets. Error 190.

I have never dowloaded a state program so I know thats not the issue and I am loading the correct file as well.

Note that you can receive that exact error if you try to open a TurboTax Business file by clicking on the .tax2021 file itself if you have a personal version of TurboTax installed.

Start the TurboTax Business program first and then open your .tax2021 file from within the program.
