I don't have a business but I am stuck in the business turbo tax program. How do I change this?

Do you have side income not related to a W-2 job?  Or a 1099-MISC with an amount in box 7?

Did you transfer 2015 info into your 2016 return?   Did you have a business last year that you disposed of?   If disposed of, was it disposed in 2015 or 2016?   It's possible to have assets/vehicle that have to be dealt with, depreciation recovered, etc.

No I have income from a stipend for living within the town limits of where I work. I get a 1099 MISC from them, but I do not own a business.

In what box of 1099-MISC is (or will be) the stipend reported?    Are you asking how to clear and start over in a lower edition?

Are you working on a 2015 or a 2016 return?    Online TurboTax is for 2016 only.

Just as epo39b mentioned you can 'Clear and Start Over' and switch to a lower edition of TurboTax Online. Just follow the instructions below. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4248526
