Does the Turbo Tax app require windows 11?

The TurboTax app doesn't specifically require Windows 11. TurboTax Online works through web browsers on various operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11. If you are using TurboTax Desktop, it generally supports Windows 10 and later versions, but Windows 11 isn't required.

Are you asking about the Mobile App or the Desktop Download program? The Mobile App and Online can use any Windows version. Online and Mobile App System Requirements

You do need Windows 11 to install the Desktop program. For 2025 you will need Windows 11 or later or Mac OS Sonoma 14 or later (newer). Click on the 2025 tab at the top.
