the IRS has waived the K-2, K-3 reporting requirements for 2021. the stupidest thing is that most if not all the items on them will have no effect on most taxpayers.
Not sure the question is clear.
You indicate that the K-3 is attached and box 16 is checked.
Exactly what is your question?
And to be more specific on the K-2 and K-3 reporting for 2021:
The IRS intends to provide certain additional transition relief for this year from the Schedule K-2 and K-3 reporting for certain domestic partnerships and S corporations with no foreign activities, foreign partners or shareholders, and without knowledge of partner or shareholder need for information on items of international relevance.
The reporting is not waived for all flow-through entities, only those described above.
However, you indicate that you received it, so once again, not sure of the question since you are asking this in a 1040 module.
