Do i need to include my k1 with my w2, even though i've already filed k1 through taxact's website

They are two separate documents, but they must be reported on the same personal tax return. The K-1 may have come from a separate filing (the business' return), but now must be reconciled along with the W-2 and all of your other personal income on your form 1040.
