Do I need to have Code E filled in if Code L is zero in Box 16 of the K-1? Code E was not listed in for Box 16 on this 1065; just A=NL, B=0, L=0.

When TT checked my return it threw an error that said says code L has been entered but no code E. The instructions provided with the K-1 do not clearly indicate how to address this.

In Box 16, any entry that is a zero will cause issues. Thus  delete them. This includes the code letter, the descriptor and the amount are all removed.
