Yes, you do. First, please file your Partnership return, then report Scheduke K-1 form on your personal tax return.

In TurboTax, Partnership returns are prepared using Business software: https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

Then, use TurboTax Premier or Self-employed version to enter the Scheduke K-1.
