The stimulus payment is used in computing the Recovery Rebate Credit, line 30 on Form 1040.

ONLY the third stimulus is mentioned in the 2021 return interview (it was $1400 per person listed on the 2020 return) ... the $1800 refund you got on the 2020 tax return refund is NOT reported as income on the 2021 return.
