Do I have to file my 2019 taxes in this season cause I have been in this business for only 3 months.

Generally, if your income is over the filing requirement for 2018 income, you do not have to file. However, any self-employment income over $400 must be reported. If so, you must file a return. You would need to upgrade to D
eluxe to just enter the income. You would need Self-Employed to deduct expenses.

The standard deductions for 2018 are:

Single                             $12,000

Married Filing Jointly     $24,000

Head of Household        $18,000

For those taxpayers who are 65 and older or blind, add another $1300 for each condition.
