Do I file taxes on a LLC without revenues

I bought a condo which I do not intend to rent in 8/2016. Do I still need to file a tax return? I have no revenues and never plan to have revenues.

No, if you have no intention of generating income, then you are not in business (according to the IRS). But you also cannot take any deductions for the property.

However, your state may have annual registration or filing requirements for an LLC.

But it is not a deduction as it is not a rental
