Distributions from IRAs and pension data aren't being transferred to lines 4A and 5A respectively. The correct taxable amount is being transferred to lines 4B and 5B. I can't seem to be able to manually enter the data. Is this going to be an issue?

No that's ok. If the gross amount on line "a" is the same as the taxable amount on the "b" line then it doesn't need to enter or print it .
Thanks, but that's the issue. There is NO gross data on Lines 4a and 5a. I must be getting senile. ; )
Yes that's what I said. If the gross amount is the same as the taxable amount it won't show on line 4a or 5a.
See IRS 1040 Instructions.

For line 4 page 26 top of last column……
Except as provided next, leave line 4a blank and enter the total distribution (from Form 1099-R, box 1) on line 4b.
For line 5 page 27 bottom of last column……
If your pension or annuity is fully taxable, enter the total pension or annuity payments (from Form(s) 1099-R, box 1) on line 5b; don’t make an entry on line 5a.
Whoops, my apologies. I misinterpreted your answer. You are correct that if it's fully taxable, the amount only needs to be entered on Lines 4B and 5B.
