Last year, we paid a contractor to do some work. Later in the year, we paid him again but under his business name and collected his TIN info. Does anyone know if I should combine both payments on the same 1099-misc? Thanks.

I would contact the contractor and ask him what he prefers. Otherwise, I would include both on a single 1099 and use his business TIN.
