If my entire income for the year for my personal childcare business equals to a little over $10000 received in cash over time from a from a few customers children Incared for. Do I still need Form 8300 if cash payments received from individuals on a weekly basis raised my income to be a little over $11000 or is that for self employed businesses that received cash from one person equaling 10000 or more? Thanks in advance for clarifying what I have to do because I'm just a one person childcare provider self employed business with a few customers paying me on a weekly basis of $ 150- 300 not one person giving a childcare worker $10000 at once or that amount over time.

No, you do not need to file Form 8300.
Who must file. Each person engaged in a trade or business who, in the course of that trade or business, receives more than $10,000 in cash in one transaction or in two or more related transactions, must file Form 8300.
