My minor child model (10 yo) has a w2 and a 1099 nec in his name. Can I file the w2 under his business (schedule c) and if so how do I go about that?

No, you cannot put W-2 wages (personal income) on a Schedule C (business income). Those a two different kinds of income that are taxed differently.
Enter the W-2 in the wages section of TurboTax and enter the 1099-NEC in the self-employment section of his return. Make sure you indicate on his return that he can be claimed on another taxpayer's return if you are claiming him as a dependent on your return.
No, you can't report the W-2 as business income. The W-2 is wages paid to an employee, not business income.
Thank you for the fast reply! So would I need to file a totally separate tax return for him?

Thank you for the info! So I would need to file a totally separate tax return for him? I file most of his stuff under his business ein (on my tax return). this is the first time he’s received a w2 for a one time modeling job and the amount is less than $350

No. You enter the W-2 and the 1099-NEC in the same tax return. All of a person's income must be reported on one tax return.
His Social Security number has to be on his tax return. The EIN is only on Schedule C.
So I guess my question is would I choose my name to report his w2 since he’s a minor? because it’s not giving me an option to choose his name. Or would I need to file an entirely separate tax return for him in his name?
Wait. YES. You have to file a completely separate 1040 tax return for him under his name and ssn. Did he get any 1099NEC in prior years? The only thing you can report on your return is if he only has interest and dividends.
And don’t use your account. Online is only good for 1 return per account. Don’t use your account or you will overwrite your return and it will be gone. And you have to pay for each account separately so it might get expensive.
You can start another return in TurboTax Online by:
Be sure on his return you check the box that he can be claimed on someone else’s return.
