Charitable Driving: miles each trip is asked. Miles varied wildly, depending on what was needed. How do I handle this entry?

The IRS isn't interested in seeing the mileage you expended on every trip you made in your charitable work, just the total mileage.  You can enter that you only had one trip, then include the total miles for the year as the miles driven.

Just be sure keep your records of the separate trips just in case there is ever a question about your deduction.
