Cannot remove Fed 221 form

Federal form 2210 was created and filled in stating that I might owe a penalty. This form was created before I entered the estimated taxes I sent in early 2018. When I finished entering all the data for federal taxes I had over a $200 dollar refund. I can't get rid of the 2210 form which incorrectly shows that I underpaid estimated taxes for 2018. I believe this will prevent from filling electronically. This seems to me to be a serious bug in TurboTax Deluxe. I can't change any of the values in the 2210 form. I am very frustrated! Pleas help.  Dick41
