Can you tell me how to enter the country on the form?

It asks for the country on the 1099-R but United States or America is not in the list. What do I do?

On the screen to enter a 1099R one of the first things it asks you to click is whether the payer has a U.S. address or a foreign address.

When you enter the 1099-R, it does ask about the address type and you can select US address or foreign address. Since this is not your situation, I am trying to figure out if you are doing Canadian or substitute or foreign income. Can you please check that you are in the correct area and reply with what you have and are trying to do since a normal US 1099-R does not require you to pick a country.
