Do you even know if you are a calendar year or fiscal year company ? If fiscal when does your year end ?
I agree, you REALLY need to go to a tax professional.
Assuming the corporation is using a calendar year, the due date was March 15th, and even if you filed an extension for the corporation, that was due on September 15th. So there are already late penalties.
So you have had plenty of time to go to a tax professional. Go to a tax professional within the next couple of weeks to get it done.
