All of the boxes that have amounts on a K-1 form need to be entered on your return.
To enter a K-1 form in TurboTax, there are several screens that will bring you through options to be able to enter each one of the box amounts that you note above.
First, be sure to select the K-1 entry option for the correct type of K-1 form (is it from a Partnership/LLC 1065, SCorporation 1120S, or a Trust/Estate 1041)
Then, after you enter the initial information as to who the K-1 is from, plus other information screens (depending on the type of K-1), you eventually be brought to a screen that will ask if there are amounts in box 1, 2, or 3. You would select box 2. Then you will be brought to a screen to enter the box 2 amount.
Continue through the screens (answering as required) and a screen will display where you can "check" all the other boxes that have amounts on the K-1, so you would need to select the boxes for the items above (the ones filled in on the K-1 form). Then you will be brought to screens where you will enter the amounts for the boxes. See the sample screenshot below.
