What kind of form? A W2 or 1099R or 1099G or what? Does it have the number or just the xxx es?
Its a 1099-R
The Payer's TIN is nine numbers. Your post has 11. Check your 1099-R. Make sure you are picking up the right number. When entering into TurboTax, just enter the numbers. TurboTax will add the "-".
Be sure you are entering the 1099-R in the right place (not as a W-2). Go here:
Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement.
