Can I talk to a tax specialist if I paid for 2022

I paid for this last year and I plan on paying for 2023.  I have a few questions before I file and I would like to talk to someone in person, is this possible?

I've tried doing that and the automated system only sends texts/emails.  The automated system will not connect me with anyone
