The TurboTax "Live" experts do not help with past year returns---only with current year 2025 returns. Post some clearly worded specific questions here in the user forum to get help.

@palewis19 And......did you use desktop download software for the 2023 return you just prepared? You cannot use online TurboTax for a 2023 return. If you used desktop, great. If you used online---post back for help with a big mistake you are making.
