Yes, as stated by user sjlocke, you can use TurboTax to file a Schedule C.

TurboTax Online Self-Employed is required for a Schedule C with income and expenses.

Any of the CD/downloaded versions of TurboTax can include a Schedule C with income and expenses, but the Home and Business version is the optimum version to use since it will provide the most detailed help and guidance.
