Can I claim both vehicles for my brothers and my LLC business. We both drove our Pick ups for the business. How do I claim his on the return since I don't own it?

If your brother and you are both owners of a LLC, you need to file a business return. A Self-Employed program only reports a Schedule C and that is only used for a sole proprietor, which is only one person (or joint venture for husband and wife) .

You and your brother would need to be owners or partners of a Partnership or S-Corp.
