You have to enter a business asset so TurboTax can calculate the depreciation based on the type of asset, the cost and date put into service. You will see that option on when you update your business entries, on the screen that says Your (name of business) Business. Look for Business Assets, then Assets being depreciated. Once you set the asset up, the depreciation will appear on Form 4562 which will flow over to line 13 on Schedule C.
