Can a husband and wife LLC be treated as a disregarded entity in sc and file a schedule c? We restructured our sole prop to an LLC owned by my wife and I Retail Store?

"Can a husband and wife LLC be treated as a disregarded entity in sc and file a schedule c?"

No, because the business entity must be wholly owned by you and your wife as community property under the laws of a state, a foreign country, or a possession of the United States. SC is not a community property state.
