That is not a zip code.   That is an international postal code.

Are you filing a US tax return or a Canada tax return?    If a USA return, where are you entering that information?   Is that your employer on a W-2 form?

Here's how to configure the address section for a foreign employer's W-2:

When you begin to enter the W-2 info,  where it asks for your employer's name and address, be sure you change the "address type" to "foreign", and then the data boxes will change, so that you can enter your country and international postal code.
