Bug in Business edition - Members dropping

Is there a good number to call to report a bug and get a work around for the Business Edition?  I called [phone number removed] and it drops the call after you say that you would like to talk to an expert.

1-800-446-8848 is the number to call but you're likely not going to achieve much since this particular bug has been around for quite a few years now.

Great....  I am very frustrated will TT.  I am considering filing via paper for this year and then switch to another provider next year....

I was able to get it filed by starting from scratch. I did not transfer anything and had to re-enter everything. The biggest issue was the Depreciation calculation. I found the original values I used, updated the accumulation amount and BINGO!  Got it done but 90% sure I will not be a Turbo Tax customer next year. Being a retired IT guy, letting an issue hang around this long is not acceptable...

You can try H&R Block's Premium and Business which supports preparing your 1040 and your business return. It's considerably less expensive than buying both TurboTax Business and a TurboTax personal product to prepare your 1040 (not sure why Intuit doesn't offer something similar).

I think I am good for this year...   I will definitely shop around for next year. 

Does Intuit think all these dumb badges will keep customers?  Maybe I can put them on Marketplace 🐵

You're more than welcome but what badges? Do you mean the community badges? 

I believe someone who was hired to promote TurboTax via social media or something like that came up with the idea for this community and those idiotic badges (and ranks and stuff) came along for the ride. They are truly ridiculous, but it is what it is at this point. 😉
