A third-party CPA has created Schedule 1, Schedule C and Schedule SE for business. Can I replicate these in TT without going thru questions to create them?

You can, but you would need to use TurboTax Desktop software and do so in the Forms mode.  You would need to make sure that you did not "override" anything, otherwise you would not be able to e-file and the TurboTax accuracy gurantee would be void.  To purchase a CD or a download of TurboTax Desktop, go to: TurboTax Desktop Products Comparison

Schedule  1, Schedule Se are automatic

Schedule C, that could be a problem reconstructing without overrides.
