What does schedule 4 mean?

You didn't answer my question.  Again, what is the requirements of schedule 4 and why do I have schedule 4?

Look at your tax return Form 1040 Schedule 4, there will be an amount shown on one of the Schedule 4 Lines.  Which one?
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on View Tax Summary.  Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

I do not know your tax situation so I cannot speak to which section of the IRS Schedule 4 applies to you.

These are the General Instructions for the IRS Schedule 4:

"Use Schedule 4 if you have other taxes that can’t be entered on Form 1040. These generally include items that were in the “Other Taxes” section of the 2017 Form 1040. Enter the amount on Schedule 4, line 64, on Form 1040, line 14."
