1065, Schedule M-2, Line 4 question. Second year as a partnership. First year I invested $120,145 to get the business started. It shows up again this year. Should it?

Enter on line 4 the sum of all other increases to the partners’ tax basis capital accounts during the year not reflected on lines 2 and 3. See instructions for Item L. Partner's Capital Account Analysis.

Thanks Tagteam.  TurboTax looks like it sucked in my original investment out of last years return and put it in Line 4 "Other Increases" but it was something that happened in 2019 not 2020 so I'm confused about why it ended up in Schedule M-2, Line 4.
