What is the address to file form 966 for a Maryland PC (professional corporation)?

What is the address to file form 966 for a Maryland PC (professional corporation)? TurboTax shows two addresses. One is in Cincinnati, OH and the other one is in Kansas City, MO. Thanks in advance for your help. .

According to the IRS instructions for Form 966, you will file Form 966 at the address where the corporation (or cooperative) files its income tax return. If you are not sure where your corporation files its return, you can search the IRS address directory here.

    Thank you GiseleD for your help. I have checked these websites before and unfortunately it does not specify an address for IRS Form 966. Also, this PC is essentially a single entity PC of my own and no one else to ask about this. Thanks though.

    You can always try calling the IRS for this information: 800 829 1040. There may be long wait times this time of year, though.
