We have dissolved our partnership for a Wisconsin business on the first of the year 2017. What do I have to do to notify both federal and state tax departments?
The partnership is with a sibling with whom we rented a small property to others.
When the Partnership is filed there is a box to X that is marked Final return. This should be in the Busines Profile section. This is how they are notified and then they will not send a letter asking for the next year return.
