We are building a greenhouse for our commercial farm business. Where do I claim that expense on the schedule c?

First, if you have a farm business you need to file a schedule F, not C. That can be found under the Business tab, Continue, I'll Choose What I work On, then scroll down to Farm Income and Expenses.

A greenhouse is classified as a single use farm building/structure which uses a 10 year recovery life. It is entered in the Asset Entry section under your Farm Business.
