Special handling request-Did the business use % of this asset vary during the years you owned asset?
What does this mean? Under Rentals-Special Handling Request-Did the business use % of this asset vary during the years you owned asset? I purchased a property in 6/05 and used as primary residence, the in 6/12 I converted it to a rental property until it sold in 8/17. Is this a "yes" b/c some of the time it was personal use and the rest it was business? or "no" because it was either one or the other?
