Sole Proprietorship Child Employee

The last couple years our daughter has worked for my business. This past year she turned 18 in February. Am I still able to deduct her pay those 6 weeks in 2016 as an expense like previous years? Or because she turned 18 I won't be able to.

Yes you can deduct her pay for those 6 weeks in 2016.

Does it have to be prorated to the max I can pay her of does the amount matter?
