Only partial data transfering to 2017 tax file from 2016 PDF file. Schedule E data not transfering. How to rectify?

You will need to enter those values manually in the 2017 software.
....OR search around more for your original .tax2016 datafile and transfer that instead.

Perhaps you don't realize it, but right now, the PDF import brings in very little information, other than names, SSN, DOBs and AGI from the prior year. There is a software project to bring in a lot more in the future, but right now, very little imports from a PDF file
