I wanted to know how can delete all traces of dependent information on 2018 and previous years taxes so I will no longer have access to their information permanently?

I am not looking to amend the return. I just want to delete the personal information of my dependents.

You can not change your past tax returns online. You can delete any tax files and pdf files off your computer but then you won't have a copy of your tax returns. But why do you want to delete them? Or do you mean separate tax returns you did for them?

If you claimed a dependent that you should not have claimed on your 2018 tax return then you can amend the tax return after it has been fully processed and remove the dependent. You can also do that for previous tax returns if you should not have claimed that dependent. But what are you actually trying to do? Are you trying to change your tax returns or just delete the dependent's information for some other reason? Something about the wording of your question suggests the latter.
