I reside in NJ. I have an S corp in NY. The income from the K-1 is being shown in the NY state return. Do I need to report the K-1(Form 1120S) on my NJ tax return?

Yes, as a New Jersey resident you have to report the K-1 income on your New Jersey State tax return.
