Question

I did not receive unemployment compensation in 2018 but turbo tax keeps asking me to input amounts and it shows up in my federal review as unanswered question. How do I resolve?

If you did not receive Unemployment during 2018, please follow these instructions to delete the form in TurboTax Online:

Sign In to TurboTax Online
Click "Take Me to my Return"
Click "Federal" from the left side of your screen
Scroll down to "Unemployment and Paid Family Leave (1099G)" and click "Start/Revisit"
Click "Delete" next to the Form 1099-G you no longer need
Click "Yes" to Confirm
