I could take part of my self employed health insurance on line 29, so can I take the remainder on Schedule A?

Yes, if you itemize your deductions and do not claim 100% of your self-employed health insurance costs on your Form 1040 line 29, you may include the rest with all other medical expenses on Schedule A, subject to the 7.5% of Adjusted Gross Income limit.

I was limited due to net profit was less than premiums paid.  So I can deduct it on Schedule A?  What line or is it considered additional premiums?
