These are payroll tax forms, which aren't handled in TurboTax. TurboTax handles income tax only.  The only way to submit them yourself is through the mail, not e-file. You can make your payments online through the Electronic Federal Tax Payers System (EFTPS).

Many online payroll software companies will file these forms for you, like Quickbooks Payroll. TurboTax also has a few blog posts that provide step-by-step instructions too.
