How do I add notes (to explain an adjustment to an amount reported on a K-1 form 1065) to my soon to be e-filed tax return?

TurboTax does not support adding notes or statements that do not conform to any IRS standard form or statement.
You can print and mail your return and include an explanatory note, but it will most likely not be read (or even viewed) by anyone at the IRS.
